Return/Refund Policy
- Appointment cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full (Applies to all Personal Training, Athletic Therapy, Chiropractic and Massage Therapy appointments).
- While most group fitness classes are included in the membership and day pass, some classes require an additional fee. This fee is for the program (not a per session fee), as such no refunds can be made for missed classes.
- The grace period for receiving a full refund on products and services is 15 days from the date of purchase.
