Class Descriptions:

iRIDE –  Join in the cardiovascular conditioning fun as instructors take you on a guided stationary bike ride. Accompanied by motivating & inspiring music, unleash your drive to the finish line.

iYOGA – Our Yoga sessions teach traditional yoga principles and techniques to provide a complete workout for the mind and body. The Yoga workouts combine deep breathing, stretching, strength & balance, cardiovascular exercise and a final relaxation or “cool down” session. Our classes will be taught in a warm room (80-85°F) November to April.

iKETTLEBELL – Ready to take your workouts to the next level? Join Tara Hunt for this calorie melting and muscle toning workout that will show you results. Choreographed to inspiring original music, this class will kick start your metabolism and break through plateaus.

Stability Ball – A challenging full-body workout centred around the stability ball. Join Ed Hunt and flatten your stomach and tone your arms and legs in this effective low-impact class with all the benefits.

CoreFit – A fun, low-impact class that will strengthen and stabilize the full body with a focus on your midsection. Draw energy from the core muscles by using intention, proper form & technique.

iRun – Are you a runner or walker looking for a place to meet? Come on in to Hunt Fitness and sign up for our running program where you can meet up with others just like you and then head out on the beautiful Rotary waterfront trail.

Spells™ – Get the best of both worlds! The fusion of group cycling and kettlebell training. Our highest calorie burning class where your strength training is done on the bike. Spells was invented here at Hunt Fitness.

Firm & Tone - Your mid-day fitness fix. This workout will get your full body up and moving with a focus on toning legs and butt, stomach and arms. A great way to blow off some steam and get ready for the weekend.

Yoga/Pilates - A fusion of traditional yoga principles and techniques with the body conditioning routines of Pilates. Exercise your mind as you build flexibility and develop strength, endurance, and coordination in the legs, abdominals, arms and back. Our classes will be taught hot (80-85°F) November to April.

*Classes included in your gym membership or $12.00 for a drop in day pass.
