CLASSES ARE DESIGNED FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS

 

 

 

Core-Fit: A fun, non-impact class that will strengthen your midsection.  The focus is on drawing energy from the core muscles using intention,  proper form & technique.

 

   

 

Spin: (Stationary bicycle) Join in the cardiovascular conditioning fun as instructors take you on a guided ride.  Accompanied to motivating & inspiring music, unleash your drive to the finish line enthusiasm for an incredible workout.

 

 

Stability Ball: The purpose is to increase core strength, balance & agility.  An effective non-impact class with all the benefits.

 

 

Yoga/Pilates: Use the body as resistance to lengthen & tone your muscles.  A non-impact class that helps improve posture, core strength & flexibility.
