No, but it is recommended that you get medical clearance from your doctor.  If you have been thinking about getting started but aren’t quite sure how, Hunt Fitness is the place for you.

Working out at Hunt Fitness is like working out in the comfort of your own home but without any distractions.  We offer friendly and encouraging staff, amazing top of the line equipment all in a welcoming atmosphere.

Your membership includes a full selection of cardio and strength equipment, amazing fitness classes ranging from Zumba to Yoga with everything in between, change rooms with individual showers and day use lockers all in 6000 square feet of clean and welcoming space.

Yes, in the case of a medical emergency we will gladly put your membership on hold and where applicable you can access any or all of our rehabilitation services to help you with a speedy recovery.

Yes, when you pay for a membership in full you can put your membership on hold as many times as you need to.  When you use our monthly payment plan due to administrative costs we simply charge you one month and then reinstate your membership once you are ready to come back for free.

Yes, we have everything from a 6 visit pass to a 12 month membership with payment plans and discounts.  We want to make fitness accessible and affordable for any budget.

Yes! We have discounts for couples and family members as well as students.

We are very happy to offer registered massage therapy, certified athletic therapy, chiropractic, orthotics, certified personal training and nutrition counselling.  Most of these services are covered by either extended insurance and are eligible for tax rebate on your annual income tax, check with your policy holder and or accountant.

No, at Hunt Fitness we are very family oriented and believe Sunday is a day of rest, relaxation and recreation time with family and friends.  We want to be able to offer members and staff a day off to do just that.  We are however opened the other 6 days for a total of 76 hours per week. :)

Today, the more you think about it or wait till next Monday the more stressed and unhealthy your body becomes.  Exercise is disease prevention; an ounce of Hunt Fitness is worth a pound of cure.  We look forward to hearing from you soon!
