Yoga/Pilates

A fusion of  traditional yoga principles and techniques with the body conditioning routines of Pilates.
Exercise your mind as you build flexibility and develop strength, endurance, and coordination in the legs,
abdominals, arms and back. Our classes will be taught hot (80-85°F) November to April.

Wednesday 6:30pm

Included in your gym membership or $12.00 drop in.
