Our Yoga sessions teach traditional yoga principles and techniques to provide a complete
workout for the mind and body. The Yoga workouts combine deep breathing, stretching,
strength & balance, cardiovascular exercise and a final relaxation or “cool down” session.
Our classes will be taught hot (80-85°F) November to April.

Monday 10:00am

Included in your gym membership or $12.00 drop in.
